Counseling for Women

Life can be challenging and unpredictable. I think you already know that. You have been through a lot. When life has knocked you down, you usually brush yourself off and get back up. Lately, you have noticed that it is taking a little longer to get up. Sometimes, you feel like just laying there. I understand. Depression, anxiety, grief, low-self-esteem are battles that many people face. Although you may feel not as strong or are tired, there is hope.

I work mostly with women because I understand. It is important that you feel safe to be open and reveal your truth. I will help you move from where you are to where you want to be. Become skilled in focusing on the things that matter and let go of the things that don’t.

I offer counseling with a Christian emphasis to anyone interested. Faith-based therapy can help create a new meaning to frustrations and hurt.

Grief Counseling

Losing someone you love is heartbreaking and feel overwhelming. Anger, guilt, frustration, and sadness are all normal feelings when you are grieving. I provide kind support as you process your loss. Activities such as building legacy and exploring unresolved issues can be helpful for healing. I am not here to tell you that you should be over it by now. Grief is personal and is not limited by time.
