Do any of these sound like you?
- You feel like you’re carrying the weight of all your identities, and there’s not much left for yourself.
- You show up every day as a mother, partner, or professional, but you feel drained and unseen.
- You find yourself always in the caretaker role, yet rarely the one cared for.
- You wonder if you’ll ever feel whole, confident, and at peace with who you are and the relationships you hold.
If these sound familiar, you are not alone. Reaching out is the first step in your self-care journey.
My Approach to Therapy
I walk alongside my clients as they encounter and recover from different life experiences, helping them discover that hope and healing are possible. Situations from earlier in life can impact us in unexpected ways, but therapy creates space to process those experiences and build a stronger future.
You may be a hard worker who has “done all the right things” yet still feel stuck or unfulfilled. You may feel successful in many areas of your life while quietly struggling with anxiety, depression, or disconnection. I help my clients uncover their own strength, develop healthier patterns, and learn that they do not have to carry their burdens alone.
My style is eclectic and client-centered. I draw from:
- Trauma-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Multicultural Therapy
- Mindfulness-Based Therapy
- Couples Therapy
- Motivational Interviewing
My Specialties
I specialize in working with women, especially Black women who are navigating major life transitions, identity challenges, and relationship struggles. My areas of focus include:
Perinatal & Women’s Issues
Pregnancy, postpartum depression, and the transition into motherhood can be deeply rewarding yet incredibly overwhelming. Whether you are expecting, adjusting to life after giving birth, or balancing your role as both professional and parent, therapy offers a safe space to process, cope, and heal.
Sex Therapy & Education
Concerns related to sexual health and intimacy can feel isolating, but they don’t have to be. I support clients experiencing issues such as vaginismus, pain during sex, low desire, or challenges with self-acceptance. My goal is to help clients and couples feel more comfortable and confident in their sexual well-being.
LGBTQIA+ Support
I provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals navigating identity, relationships, and self-love. Whether you are seeking clarity, comfort, or a deeper connection to yourself and others, you will find a safe space here.

About Me
I grew up in the Cleveland suburbs and hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling as well as a Master’s in Healthcare Management (MPA). I have more than a decade of experience walking with women through pivotal life stages.
Outside of the therapy room, I am an avid reader and even published a children’s book inspired by my own kids. You’ll often find me running, lifting weights, writing, or relaxing with anime.
