Virtual Support Group Information
Support groups are experiences where you can share and receive support from peers. Zoom is the virtual platform the groups take place. (Log on information is provided after registration is complete.) You can attend as few or as many sessions as you desire. Groups are completely FREE.

Group size is limited to 12 participants per session. Registration is necessary for each session you plan on attending.
Week 1- COVID-19: “ What I need to know”
Week 2- Fear and Anxiety about your own health and health of loved ones
Week 3- Difficulty concentrating, eating, and sleeping
Week 4- Coping- How?
Week 5- Information “Overload”
Week 6- Facing the “ Unknown”
Week 7- Self-care: Taking care of your body, mind, and spirit
Week 8- Re-connecting with Others
Week 9-Self-management: Next Steps
Week 10- The Balcony View- “ What I know now”

The Covid-19 Support group is a peer-to-peer group for adults affected by the COVID crisis. Sessions are led by a trained Mental Health Therapist but, this is not a counseling group. If you need to seek individual counseling services, complete a Counseling Appointment Request.
